Build & Grow

GTM Consulting

Get the actual problem diagnosed, then a plan built to fix it.

You already know something's off. What you don't know is what, exactly, or what it's costing you. That's the real starting point for almost every consulting relationship I've built, not a guess dressed up as a plan.

How This Works

Here's What This Actually Looks Like

  • I walk in, talk to your team, and spend a day or two understanding what's not working, not diagnosing it from outside.
  • I come back with a specific point of view: here's the problem, here's what it's costing you, here's how I'd fix it.
  • If that lands, we agree a scope and sign on, typically six months to a year, because a real go-to-market fix does not prove itself in 30 days.
  • From there, I stay accountable to the plan, not just the deck I handed you on day one.

Inside Prakhar Software Solutions, I rebuilt a group of brands' digital marketing from a standing start: no structured web presence, no in-house team, into an engine running sprint-based B2B campaigns that returned between 1,800% and 2,000% ROI across multiple engagements. Same approach, every time: diagnose first, then build.

Today, that's the value I bring to my clients working through go-to-market strategy for new ventures.

Good fit if:

you know something's wrong and want an outside, expert read on what and why, and you're ready to commit to fixing it properly, not just diagnosing it for someone else to execute.

Not a fit if:

you're looking for a fixed-scope deliverable with no ongoing relationship. A real go-to-market fix and the diagnosis behind it rarely work as a one-time transaction.

Frequently Asked

FAQs: GTM Consulting

Most run six months to a year, after an initial discovery period of a few days to a couple of weeks. Go-to-market problems do not resolve inside a 30-day sprint, and I don't paint rosy pictures.
Rarely. I diagnose first, then propose a scope based on what I actually find, not a pre-packaged deliverable. If a fixed-scope project is genuinely what you need, I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.
A discovery conversation with your team, followed by a specific point of view on what's broken and how I'd fix it. You see the diagnosis before you sign anything.
A product launch into a new market; a marketing funnel leaking revenue somewhere nobody's pinned down; a positioning decision stuck in internal debate for months.
Consulting means I diagnose and build a plan, then stay accountable to it on a retainer. Fractional leadership means I sit inside your business and own an ongoing number: budget, team, results, directly.

Worth Knowing

“43% of startups that fail point to poor product-market fit as a leading cause.”

A go-to-market plan built on an unproven message or the wrong segment doesn't fail loudly, it just quietly burns budget. Getting the fit right before scaling spend is the actual job.
