If a diligence team would poke a hole in your deck, better it's you who finds it first.
I've sat on the other side of this exact process, evaluating funding proposals for an investment firm, reading the commercial and go-to-market story behind a raise and testing whether the numbers held up. This audit is that same read, run for the founder instead, before the deck ever reaches an investor's hands.
Most founders don't inflate their numbers on purpose. A study out of the University of Cologne, covering 176 German startups, found that founders' own revenue projections came in on average 388% higher than what the business actually went on to deliver, not because people lie, but because nobody around them is incentivised to stress-test the model before it goes out the door.
This audit is that stress test: the same hands-on scrutiny a PE or VC diligence team would apply, run on your own deck, early enough that you can actually do something about what it finds.
How This Works
The practitioner side of this comes from having run the budgets these projections are actually built from, at Prakhar Software Solutions, PCG DigiVerse, and earlier roles, so I know which assumptions in a growth model are realistic and which ones are hope dressed up as a plan.
This is a pre-raise read. Once the funding story needs defending in an actual investor meeting, that's on you and your team. My job is making sure what you walk in with can survive the questions.
you're preparing to raise and want your own numbers pressure-tested by someone who has sat on the other side of a diligence process, before an investor finds the gap first.
you need help building the pitch deck itself from scratch, the narrative, the design. This is a stress test of numbers already in motion, not deck-writing.

Worth Knowing
“Founders' own revenue projections come in an average of 388% higher than what the business actually goes on to deliver.”
Not because founders lie, researchers found, but because nobody around them is incentivised to stress-test the model before it goes out the door. That's the gap this audit exists to close.
